We’re Chris and Vinny — brothers, and fourth-generation window and shutter craftsmen. We grew up in this trade and spent the last two decades mastering it. We started Window & Shutter Co. to carry the family’s work forward.

How our pricing works
We don’t publish a price, and we’d rather explain why than hand you a number that turns out to be wrong. Everything we make is built to your openings — windows, shutters and shades alike. Nothing is pulled off a shelf in a standard size, which is why an honest price comes after we measure. A number given sight-unseen is a guess, and guesses get corrected upward later.
What actually moves the number:
- How many windows you’re doing — and which ones genuinely need it
- Size and shape of each opening — specialty shapes are their own job
- What you choose — the line, the material, the finish
- How the work has to be fitted to your home
- Access — ground floor, upstairs, or awkward to reach
What you get instead of a guess: a free in-home estimate with samples, and an exact price in writing for your openings — no obligation. Financing is available over 84 months on approved credit, and the lender confirms the terms. We also offer a price match guarantee; your estimator explains exactly how it works.
How the work actually runs
Four steps — and the same two owners are involved in every one of them.
- Free in-home estimate, with samples. We look at every opening you’re considering and bring the actual materials so you can see and handle them. No obligation.
- Professional measure. Every opening is measured properly, because what you order is manufactured to those measurements.
- Custom manufacturing. Your order is then built to your openings — Milgard for replacement windows, Norman for shutters and shades.
- Installed by the owners’ own crew. Not handed to whichever subcontractor is free that week.
We’ll give you realistic expectations on timing in person, once we know what you’re ordering — manufacturing time depends on what you choose, and we’d rather be accurate than optimistic.

How does the estimate work?
One of us — Chris or Vinny — comes to your home, measures every opening, walks you through options, and gives you a written quote. No subcontracted salespeople, no pressure.
Do you handle the installation yourselves?
Yes. We are owner-operators — the people who measure your windows are the people responsible for the install meeting our standard.
What areas do you serve?
Southern California. If you are unsure whether we cover your city, ask — we will tell you straight.
How long until my windows are installed?
It depends on the product and manufacturer lead times. We give you an honest timeline in your written quote and keep you posted — and once your windows arrive, most installations are completed in a single day.
Do you repair windows, or replace glass only?
No — we’re a replacement company. We don’t take on repairs or glass-only work, and we don’t install skylights. If that’s what you need, we’d rather tell you now than waste your afternoon.
Which areas do you serve?
Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties, plus parts of Riverside and San Bernardino. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, call and ask — it’s a thirty-second answer.
What do you install?
Replacement windows (Milgard), custom interior shutters and wood shutters, and shades and blinds including motorized and roller shades (Norman). We don’t carry every brand on the market, and we’ll tell you plainly what we do and don’t sell.
Do I have to decide at the estimate?
No. The estimate is free and there’s no obligation. You get your measurements and an exact price in writing, and you take as long as you like with it.
