How do you know it’s time?
Most windows don’t fail all at once — they fade. If you’re seeing a few of these, it’s worth having us take a look:
- Drafts you can feel with the window closed
- Fog or condensation trapped between the panes
- Sashes that stick, won’t stay open, or won’t lock cleanly
- Single-pane glass and rooms that never hold their temperature
- Street noise that comes through like the window is open
None of these mean every window in the house needs replacing. When we come out, we’ll tell you which openings actually need work — and which don’t.

We’re Chris and Vinny — brothers, and fourth-generation window and shutter craftsmen. We grew up in this trade and spent the last two decades mastering it. We started Window & Shutter Co. to carry the family’s work forward.

Common questions
Retrofit or full-frame — which will I need?
Retrofit installs fit new windows into your existing frames — faster, cleaner, and right for most stucco homes when the frames are sound. Full-frame replacement rebuilds the opening and is the honest answer when there’s rot or frame damage. We assess every opening and tell you which is which.
How long does installation take?
Once your windows arrive from the manufacturer, most whole-home installations are completed in a single day — including cleanup and stucco patching where needed.
Do you handle the work yourselves?
Yes. We’re owner-operators — the people who measure your windows are responsible for the install meeting our standard, through the final walkthrough.
